What makes Elfink books different?
Most kids' books put a name on the cover. Elfink goes further: your child's real photo and name are woven into the story, so they become the hero on every page.
Each book is designed in the USA by our creative team in Las Vegas and produced made-to-order through our global print network — so every copy is uniquely theirs, gift-ready, and built to become a keepsake families read again and again.
How do I personalize my Elfink book?
It only takes a few minutes:
1) Choose a story you love
2) Click Customize
3) Enter your child's name and upload a clear photo
4) Preview how they appear throughout the book
5) Add to cart and checkout
You'll review your personalization before you pay — so you can order with confidence. Once your order is placed, our production team turns it into a one-of-a-kind Elfink book.
How long does an Elfink book take to arrive?
Each book is made to order and typically takes 1–3 business days to design, followed by 2–3 business days for printing and preparation. Shipping time varies by destination and the delivery option selected at checkout.
To balance quality and delivery speed, your book may be produced at one of our global production locations. No matter where it’s made, every Elfink book follows the same quality standards.
Real Stories. Real Smiles.

What ages are Elfink books for?
Most Elfink stories are made for little heroes in the early years — from toddlers through early readers. Each book page is designed to feel warm, playful, and easy to share at bedtime.
What size and quality should I expect?
About 22 premium pages of thickened coated paper, roughly 8"x8". Softcover and hardcover options available. Our paper is 2-3x thicker than typical picture books.
Where will my book be printed and shipped from?
Each Elfink book is made especially for you. Please allow 1–3 business days for design, followed by 2–3 business days for printing and order preparation before your book is handed over to the carrier.
To maintain consistent quality and provide the best possible delivery experience, your order may be produced and shipped from one of our production locations in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, or China. The production location is selected based on factors such as your destination, current production capacity, product availability, and estimated delivery time.
Your book may not be produced in the same country as your shipping address. No matter where it is made, every Elfink book is produced according to the same quality standards.
Shipping transit time begins once your order has been handed over to the carrier. Delivery times vary by destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout.
Because each book is personalized and made to order, personalized items are generally non-refundable. If your book arrives damaged, defective, or contains a production error, please contact service@elfink.com and we’ll be happy to help.
Can I return a personalized book?
Because every Elfink book is personalized and made especially for you, we’re unable to accept returns or refunds simply because you’ve changed your mind.
But you can order with confidence. If your book arrives with a printing, production, or quality issue, contact us within 90 days of delivery and our team will be happy to help make things right.
Your satisfaction matters to us, and we stand behind the quality of every Elfink book we create.
