• What makes Elfink books different?

  Most kids' books put a name on the cover. Elfink goes further: your child's real photo and name are woven into the story, so they become the hero on every page.
  
  Each book is designed in the USA by our creative team in Las Vegas and produced made-to-order through our global print network — so every copy is uniquely theirs, gift-ready, and built to become a keepsake families read again and again.

• How do I personalize my Elfink book?

  It only takes a few minutes:

  4) Preview how they appear throughout the book

  You'll review your personalization before you pay — so you can order with confidence. Once your order is placed, our production team turns it into a one-of-a-kind Elfink book.

• How long does an Elfink book take to arrive?

  Every Elfink book is printed fresh for you — never pulled from a warehouse shelf.
  
  Please allow about 1–3 business days for printing, then 2–3 business days for processing, packing, and carrier handoff. After that, transit time depends on your destination and the shipping option you choose at checkout.
  
  For many USA orders, families typically see delivery in roughly a week once production is underway. Exact estimates are shown at checkout, and tracking is shared when your package ships.

• What size and print quality should I expect?

  Most Elfink storybooks are about 8" × 8" with around 22 premium pages — a cozy size for bedtime sharing and little hands.
  
  We use thickened coated paper (about 2–3× thicker than many typical picture books) for richer color and a sturdier feel. Softcover and hardcover options are available on select titles, so you can choose the finish that fits your gift.

• What ages are Elfink books best for?

  Most Elfink stories are designed for little heroes ages 2–8 — from toddlers discovering picture books to early readers who love seeing themselves in the adventure.
  
  Parents and grandparents also love them as keepsakes for birthdays, holidays, new-baby moments, and everyday surprises. If you're gifting, pick a theme your child already loves (dinosaurs, birthdays, bedtime, superheroes, and more).

• Can I preview my book before I order?

  Yes. During personalization you'll see how your child's name and photo appear in the story before checkout.
  
  We work hard to make the on-screen preview as close as possible to the finished book. Small differences can still happen because of screen settings, print color, trimming, and binding — that's normal in premium print production and doesn't mean something went wrong.

• Do you offer free shipping and ship internationally?

  Yes — Elfink ships to customers in multiple countries.
  
  Free shipping is available on qualifying orders (the current threshold appears in our site banner and at checkout). Available shipping methods, costs, and delivery estimates are calculated for your address when you check out.
  
  Because we use a global production network (including locations such as the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and China), your book may be printed at the facility best suited for quality and delivery speed — while meeting the same Elfink quality standards.

• Is my child's photo safe with Elfink?

  Your photo is used to create and fulfill your personalized book — including cropping, positioning, and print preparation when needed.
  
  Customization photos are not intended to be public content or automatically used for advertising. Please only upload a photo if you are the child's parent/legal guardian or have permission from them.

• Can I return a personalized book?

  Because every Elfink book is made to order with your child's details, we can't accept returns simply for a change of mind.
  
  You can still order with confidence: if your book arrives with a printing, binding, or quality issue, contact us within 90 days of delivery and our team will help make it right — which may include a reprint, replacement, or another fair resolution.
  
  Reach us at service@elfink.com with your order number and photos of the issue whenever possible. We stand behind every book we create.

• What if I entered the wrong name or uploaded the wrong photo?

  Please double-check your personalization before placing the order — once production starts, changes may not be possible.
  
  If you spot a mistake right after checkout, email service@elfink.com as soon as possible with your order number. If printing hasn't begun, we'll do our best to update it.
  
  If the book was produced correctly from the details originally submitted, customer-entered errors generally aren't treated as production defects.

• Are your books available in different languages?

  Our books are currently available in English, with additional languages coming in the future. If you need a specific language for a gift or classroom, email service@elfink.com — we'd love to hear what would help your family most.
